How to Check out a Book from the DCC Library
Lending Policy
A few of our items can’t be checked out, but most of them can! Anyone affiliated with UIC or the DCC is able to check out a book
- Select a book from the DCC Quiet Space library. You can check out one book at a time.
- Let the DCC staff know you would like to check out a book. You will be asked for your name, email, and UIN.
- Return the book to the DCC Lounge within a month.
All books must be returned by the end of the semester.
We will reach out if there are any remaining checked out books. We know stuff happens, so just get in touch with us or let us know your situation! We try to be flexible while also maintaining this lovely resource for our community.
